Magnetically driven pumps utilise a design that eliminates the need for shaft seals and the risk of process fluid leakage. The hermetically sealed chamber is rotated using a magnetic coupling sitting on the outside of the chamber. Morgan’s ceramic sliding bearing and shaft components enable the processing of abrasive or corrosive materials.

In addition, Morgan offers a range of Nilcra® Zirconia Containment Shells providing solutions to the most challenging wear and corrosion problems. Our unique PSZ Zirconia provides durable and robust characteristics; enabling the parts to survive the most extreme environments.
